1. Eligibility

You must notify Dustbit promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. The platform cannot be held liable for losses arising from a failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3. Identity Verification
Dustbit operates a Know Your Customer process to verify the identity of account holders. This is a standard requirement and forms part of our commitment to safe and responsible operation. Verification may be requested at any point, including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or during a routine compliance review.
Documents typically required include a government-issued photo identification such as a passport or national identity card, and proof of residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Additional documentation may be requested in certain circumstances.
Withdrawal requests may be held pending the successful completion of identity verification. Dustbit will not process payments to accounts that have not met the verification requirements. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
4. Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at Dustbit is $10. Deposits are processed through a range of supported payment methods including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Visa, Mastercard, and Skrill. Processing times are generally instant, though delays may occasionally occur depending on network or banking conditions.
When depositing using cryptocurrency, the exchange rate applied will be the rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network. Dustbit does not accept responsibility for fluctuations in cryptocurrency values between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.
Dustbit does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider or network may apply their own charges. It is your responsibility to confirm any applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.
5. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is $20. Standard accounts are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit of $10,000 per day. Requests exceeding this limit may be processed in installments at the discretion of the platform.
Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval, subject to network conditions. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard are processed within one to three business days following approval. Processing times for other methods may vary.
Full completion of the identity verification process is required before any withdrawal can be approved. Dustbit reserves the right to conduct additional checks prior to releasing funds. Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by Dustbit are subject to these terms and conditions as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Bonuses must be claimed within seven days of the qualifying action unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.
Eligible bonuses are credited to your account automatically upon meeting the qualifying criteria. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses cannot be combined with one another. Dustbit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or use of automated software may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
7. Wagering Requirements
Bonuses awarded by Dustbit are subject to a wagering requirement of 35 times the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement must be completed within 60 days of the bonus being credited. If the requirement is not met within this window, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
Contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slot games contribute 100% of each wager placed. Table games, including blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, contribute 10% of each wager. Some games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely; these will be identified in the relevant promotion terms.
Wagers placed on restricted games during an active bonus period will not count toward the wagering requirement. Where a bet is placed on an excluded game while bonus funds are active, Dustbit reserves the right to void the wager and any resulting winnings.
8. Games and Fair Play
All games available on Dustbit utilise certified Random Number Generation technology to ensure that outcomes are random and unpredictable. Game results are independently tested to verify compliance with fair play standards. Dustbit does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
Once a game round has been completed and the result confirmed, that result is final and cannot be reversed. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault during gameplay, all associated bets and payouts for the affected round will be considered void. Dustbit will not be liable for losses arising from such malfunctions.
Players are expected to engage with all games in good faith. The use of automated software, bots, or any external tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.
9. Responsible Gambling
Dustbit is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its users. A range of tools is available to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, and reality checks. These tools can be applied by contacting the support team or, where available, directly through account settings.
Players who feel they may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling are encouraged to make use of the self-exclusion facility. A self-exclusion request will restrict access to your account for a specified period. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen duration has elapsed.

10. Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant when there has been no login activity or real-money wagering for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to an account being classified as dormant, Dustbit will attempt to notify the account holder using the contact details on file.
Following six months of dormancy, a monthly maintenance fee of $5 will be deducted from any remaining real-money balance. This fee will continue to be applied each month until either the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Any unused bonus funds or free play credits associated with the account will be forfeited at the point the account is classified as dormant.
To reactivate a dormant account, the account holder must contact support and complete any outstanding identity verification requirements. Reactivation is subject to Dustbit review and cannot be guaranteed where the account has been dormant for an extended period.
11. Disputes and Complaints
In the event of a dispute or complaint, the account holder should contact Dustbit support in the first instance. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. Please retain any relevant transaction references or screenshots when submitting a complaint, as these will assist in the investigation.
If the initial response from our support team does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may request that the complaint be escalated for further review. Dustbit will conduct an internal review of escalated complaints and communicate the outcome in writing.
Where a complaint remains unresolved following the internal process, the matter may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution provider. Details of available ADR options will be provided to you at the point of escalation. Dustbit will cooperate fully with any ADR process initiated in accordance with these terms and conditions.
12. Privacy and Data
Dustbit collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall terms and conditions governing your use of this platform. By registering an account, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is available on the website and should be reviewed alongside these terms and conditions.
Personal data collected by Dustbit will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. However, Dustbit may be required to disclose data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other bodies where required by applicable law.
